This is my mama's favorite coffee shop. Stopped in for a early morning breakfast. Food is always fresh and quick and the service is always on point. They even put chocolate chips in my daughter's pancakes for her. I love this local spot.
Great food, great waitresses, everyone knows everybody. Like sitting in grandmas kitchen when I was a kid. And everyone wanted something different. Crazy fun.
I always forget Cathy's is a nice grandma type of place for breakfast however I alway get cranky when I run into a decent place and it's cash only in this day and age Apple Pay please.. or at least visa

I had visited this restaurant a few years ago when I used to live in Waterford, CA. However, I never submitted a review. While on Yelp, I noticed a request to submit a review for this restaurant . I am more that happy to oblige with a 5 star review since I had a great experience in this small but very hospitable restaurant with a small town feel. Their meatloaf was exceptional the couple of times I tried it. If they still offer it, you must try it. They have the traditional breakfast fares and lunch servings, but I don't recall them being open for dinner. So do check before you visit. You will be served with a smile and you can expect to get a great tasting meal.
